Our Story
BOX Interiors was founded in 2006 by Sonia Savurdić and Kostis Tseregounis — an architect and a financier, a creative force and a steady hand. Two people who had both lived and worked in London, who understood what genuine service, real quality and considered design looked like — and who saw, clearly, that Athens deserved exactly that.
From a carefully designed gallery in the heart of Kolonaki, we built something the Greek market had not yet seen: a space where architects and designers were welcomed as partners, where every object was chosen with discipline and intention, and where the relationship with a client mattered more than any single transaction.
Twenty years on, BOX has grown into two distinct but inseparable worlds — a high-end design showroom and a full interior design studio — united by a single philosophy: that the most meaningful spaces begin not with objects, but with atmosphere. With feeling. With the quiet confidence that nothing here is accidental.
We have worked across Greece and beyond, on residences, boutique hotels and hospitality projects that demanded not just beautiful design but complete, flawless delivery. We introduced procurement and turnkey solutions to a market that was still discovering what they could make possible — and we waited, patiently and without compromise, until the work spoke for itself.

Our Vision
We believe that a space has the power to change how a person feels — not through spectacle, but through atmosphere. Through the quality of light on a natural surface. Through the balance of what is present and what is deliberately absent. Through the feeling, on entering a room, that everything in it was chosen with care.

Interior Design
Every project at BOX INTERIORS begins with an act of listening. We look beyond the brief to capture the atmosphere our clients envision — translating their personal style into a space that feels right.
From that understanding, we build environments layered with intention — where light, material, proportion and contrast work together to create an atmosphere that is distinctly its own. Our aesthetic is warm and contemporary, influenced by Eastern spatial traditions where silence is as important as form, and where nothing is placed without reason.
We work across luxury residential projects and high-end boutique hospitality — spaces that require not only beautiful design but the kind of considered, unhurried attention that makes the difference between a room that looks good and a space that feels genuinely alive.
Every project is delivered as a complete experience, from initial concept through to the final detail. We do not hand over a design and disappear. We stay, we refine, we ensure that what was imagined becomes exactly what is built.
FF&E
Furniture, fixtures and equipment are not a list to be fulfilled. In our hands, FF&E is a design language — the way every element in a space speaks to every other, creating a coherent whole that serves both the eye and the life lived inside it.
We bring to every FF&E project the same curatorial eye we apply to our showroom: an instinct for quality, a sensitivity to how materials age and how objects carry meaning. We work closely with architects and clients to translate a design concept into a fully realised, layered environment — one where function and beauty are never in competition.
Our European supplier network has been built carefully over twenty years. We know our partners, we trust their craft, and we know exactly where to find what a project needs — sometimes before the client knows they need it.
Procurement
Procurement, done well, is invisible. The client simply finds that everything arrived on time, within budget, and exactly as specified — with none of the complexity that made it possible visible in the finished space.
This is what we do. We manage the entire sourcing, logistics and delivery process with precision and complete transparency — from initial budgeting and supplier selection through to installation and final inspection. We work across FF&E and OS&E with a network of trusted European partners and a methodology refined over two decades of high-end residential and hospitality projects.
We entered a market that had no established language for procurement and built our reputation by delivering, consistently, what we promised. That discipline — meticulous, strategic, never cutting corners — is still the foundation of every project we take on.

Sonia Savurdić paints the way light moves on water — freely, and with the silence of things that are felt before they are seen.
For her, painting is a performance of moment versus movement versus emotion. There is no discipline in the studio, only release — colour and texture finding their own direction on large canvases that demand to be touched as much as seen. Nature is the deepest influence. Floods that crossed two countries. A sky breaking open over a city at war. A man standing still, talking quietly to his dog through mist.
Her work moves between worlds — from deep Aegean blues and forest greens toward the darkest reds and plums — in canvases that demand to be touched as much as seen. From monumental scale to the intimacy of a small canvas that feels like a window into somewhere private.
Each piece carries a specific moment made permanent. Available for private collectors and offered as an integral part of BOX interior design projects — present within a space, and in quiet conversation with it.
The Showroom
The BOX showroom in Kolonaki is not a shop in any conventional sense. It is a curated environment — a space where every object has been chosen because it is genuinely worth choosing, and where the experience of being here feels as considered as the things within it.
Furniture, lighting, textiles and decorative objects from high-end European and Scandinavian designers sit alongside each other the way things sit in a well-considered home: in relationship, in conversation, each one made more interesting by what surrounds it.
The atmosphere is warm and unhurried, and our team is at the heart of that. Designers and specialists who bring genuine expertise, real care and deep personal investment to every client who walks through the door.
